As a Housekeeping Dispatcher your compensation will be $23.69 per hour.

What you'll do

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

· You will be responsible for breaking out the house each morning and fulfilling guest requests in an orderly and timely manner. Our Dispatchers efficiently facilitate the housekeeping operation through proper telephone etiquette and administrative responsibilities and consistently maintains all DC standards of quality and service during their day. This will include, ensuring all key and radio distribution and inventory is consistent, as well as ensuring that all Turndown caddies are properly stocked. In addition, our Dispatchers maintain accurate and concise reports i.e. traces, departures, in-coming calls, work/maintenance tickets, as well as the cleanliness of the office and basic clerical assignments.

· Sometimes our guests have special requests involving particular linen/bedsheets or firmness of pillows and beds, and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Dispatchers as they ensure to communicate with all departments and personal as necessary.

· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, and hear. The employee frequently is required to walk/stand or sit for up to 8 hours. Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, use hand, finger and wrist dexterity. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

· Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees are required to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel.

Previous experience using hotel PMS Opera, REX, and HotSOS is preferred but not required.
