• Onboard new hires, including ensuring the accuracy of new hire paperwork and all other employee related documents
• Maintain electronic HRM personnel files including licensing requirements
• Address ad hoc employee and management Human Resources questions, as well as resolve basic or filter complex personnel issues to the appropriate parties
• Perform audits on employee-related files in coordination with other departments
• Perform other related duties as required

• Have an Associate’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred
• Have experience in a general office setting with clerical or related experience
• Be detail-oriented
• Possess the ability to function in stressful situations
• Have excellent time management, verbal and written communication, organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills required
