HR FUNCTIONAL TECHNICIAN-COOKEVILLE Job at Ficosa
MISSION
To provide support to Human Resources in its general duties, ensuring and optimizing correct application of Human Resources & OHSE policies and procedures.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS
Implement the tasks requested by the HR Manager. Depending on the specialization / needs, the tasks may be focused on recruitment, training, development, administration and / or labor relations.
Collaborate in the analysis, update and correct compliance with policies and procedures within the Human Resources department and the areas under its responsibility.
Ensure correct implementation and use of policies and procedures within the local and corporate Human Resources department.
Perform a variety of general administrative tasks related to Human Resource procedures.
Collaborate / lead specific projects related to the Human Resources department.
Collaborate in processes with external partners.
Support the implementation of, and develop, reports on Corporate Human Resources management tools assigned, especially Successfactors. Lead the report indicators related to Human Resources, according to the position.
Monitor indicators in order to assess the impact and effectiveness of corporative actions and using HR management tools (Successfactors, Hispins, Clocking, etc.).
Support reporting, according to the area's main KPIs.
Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.
