If you are someone with:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong Excel skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems: UKG is preferred, but not required.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred, but not required.
- Strong customer service.
- Strong analytical, project management, and time management skills.
- A self-starting personality that can work independently with limited direction.
- Adaptable with the ability to manage multiple priorities, exhibit accuracy, and meet deadlines.
- Must effectively communicate in both written and verbal English.
- Demonstrates intellectual curiosity; seeks new approaches and challenges that contribute to success at both an individual and team level.
- Ability to understand and maintain confidentiality at all times. You work in HR, after all.
The HR Generalist is responsible for providing generalist support to the HR Team in all HR aspects including but not limited to the following:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for team member benefits questions.
- Vendor liaison for STD, LTD, and life insurance questions.
- Oversee the leave of absence process for the corporate office in partnership with the outsourced HR vendor.
- Coordinate benefits and benefit premium letters for team members on leave of absence.
- HRIS administration and reporting (UKG). Audit HR bi-weekly reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Participate in annual compensation surveys.
- Participate in benefits annual renewal meetings/planning and open enrollment.
- Provide employee relations support including but not limited to: compensation, benefits, leave of absence, etc.
- Audit and maintain records for employee training, certifications and licenses.
- Support HR team with projects, office support, and key initiatives.
- Effectively and professionally communicate across all departments, and communities.
Washington Pay Range: $65,000 - $80,000. Your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and experience.
