We are seeking an HR Manager to join our team and serve as a strategic business partner. In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders and business leaders to drive business results and provide exceptional customer service to our employees. You will be responsible for overseeing HR operations including employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, and more.
YOUR IMPACT
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges and develop HR strategies that align with the business goals
  • Act as a coach and advisor to leaders on all HR matters, including performance management, talent development, and employee relations
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive employee experience and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and execute a recruitment strategy that attracts top talent to the organization
  • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and coaching, to drive employee development and performance improvement
  • Collaborate with the compensation team to ensure that our compensation and benefits programs are competitive and aligned with business goals
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Monitor HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Manage HR projects and initiatives that support business objectives and drive operational efficiency
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices and make recommendations to senior management on HR-related matters
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders, employees, and other stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
