Job Descriptions:

1. Full cycle recruiting, using various internal & external channels, including but not limited to talent work network, social media, school career website, job fairs, personal outreach to help the team find suitable talents;

2. Classify and screen resumes, arrange pre-employment tests, determine the list of interviews, notify applicants to come for interviews, conduct preliminary interview assessments for candidates, and issue comprehensive evaluation opinions; at the same time, maintain a good relationship with applicants throughout the recruitment process ;

3. Help new employees onboard, communicate with new employees so that they can adapt to the working environment smoothly;

3. Organize professional knowledge training every week;

4. Organize various personnel activities and follow up the progress of new employees;

5. Put forward the problems existing in the job application, put forward reasonable suggestions for optimizing the recruitment system and process, and complete the recruitment analysis report.
