Windsor Windows and Doors, an industry leading window manufacturer, has an immediate opening for a Human Resource Representative at our West Des Moines and Norwalk, Iowa facilities. We are looking for a personable individual who has great organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent people skills.
The qualified candidate will coordinate staffing within the production departments including interviewing, hiring, processing, and other Human Resource activities. The candidate must have attention to detail and excellent verbal and interpersonal skills. Strong computer skills are a must.
This person will report directly to the Human Resource Manager and will be working with all levels of the organization. Two year degree along with 1 to 2 years of related experience preferred.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
