Qualifications

  • Experience conducting pre-employment verifications and background checks
  • Experience in the entire home care “New Hire” on-boarding process
  • Experience conducting a new client start of care assessment

Responsibilities

  • This individual will educate all new hires in their employee benefits, maintain all employee files, and conduct other administrative duties as needed while enjoying being a part of an ever expanding team committed to employee satisfaction
  • Oversees the entire pre-employment and on-boarding process
  • Process all “New Hire” paperwork
  • Conduct orientation for new employees
  • Ensure all employees are familiar with the benefit programs offered
  • New client start of care assessments
  • Some travel required
