- Experience conducting pre-employment verifications and background checks
- Experience in the entire home care “New Hire” on-boarding process
- Experience conducting a new client start of care assessment
Responsibilities
- This individual will educate all new hires in their employee benefits, maintain all employee files, and conduct other administrative duties as needed while enjoying being a part of an ever expanding team committed to employee satisfaction
- Oversees the entire pre-employment and on-boarding process
- Process all “New Hire” paperwork
- Conduct orientation for new employees
- Ensure all employees are familiar with the benefit programs offered
- New client start of care assessments
- Some travel required
