We have 18 spacious private suites thoughtfully equipped with heating and cooling systems, closets, hospital-grade beds, and televisions. The suites even have built-in beds for visitors spending the night. All areas have access for individuals with disabilities.

We are looking for an experienced Front Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the front office, including customer service, reception, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a professional who is able to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all front office operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front office staff and ensure that all duties are completed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere for guests and visitors.
  • Ensure that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the front office staff.
  • Train and develop front office staff to ensure that they are up-to-date on all policies and procedures.
  • Monitor the performance of the front office staff to ensure that they are meeting customer service standards.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
  • Organize and maintain the administrative department schedules such Dietary, Environmental Services, Activities, Billing and Human Resources.
  • Maintain a current listing of critical residents and/or residents who may not receive phone calls due to their condition.
  • Ensure guests/visitors abide by existing rules of the facility. To refuse admission to persons as directed.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all privileged information.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Associate (Preferred)

Experience:
