LinGate Hospitality is a hotel development, investment, and management company located in Owensboro, Kentucky.

Job Duties:

Maintain HRIS

Process bi-weekly payroll for corporate managed hotels (currently use APS Payroll)

Day-to-day benefit administration of payroll and benefits

Coordinate Open Enrollment on an annual basis (Health, Dental, Vision, Life, etc.)

Background Checks (input and review to offer employment)

Unemployment Claims and Verifications

Administer employee law, rules and regulations.

New hire enrollments, terminations, and qualifying events

Assist accounting managers with annual budgets and monthly payroll accruals.

Assist with Worker’s Compensation Audit

Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism

Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Duties and responsibilities may be altered to meet the needs of the company and business. Successful completion of post-offer, pre-employment screenings are required as a contingency of employment.

Admin duties:

-Format information for internal and external communication: memos, emails, and prepare and distribute daily and monthly reports using Excel

- Act as the point of contact for CEO and other external partners

- Manage CEO's calendar and schedules travel/accommodation arrangements

- Answer corporate telephone line

Schedule: Day Shift (Monday – Friday) 7:30am to 4:30 pm

Compensation: Negotiable based on education and past work experience

Requirement: 5 years of experience in HR and office/ business administration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
