Human Resources Specialist Job at Cortland Park Rehabilitation & Nursing
We currently have an immediate opening for a ( Full time Temp position,could lead to fulltime permanent) Human Resources Specialist. Cortland Park is not a large facility, department heads work with the facility Administartor daily.
The position reports to the Administrator is responsable HR functions. This position manages confidential information.
The Human Resource Specialist is the point person for interaction with the home office regarding all related costs/expenses/HR budget, and also involved in working with employees in a collaborative manner to boost retention, improve the quality of the work experience, and maximize the mutual benefit of employment for both the employee and employer.
Applicants should have the following:
- Experience with pay roll functions preferred
- Management and people skills
- Oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to multi task some days get busy
- Ability to build relationships with staff
- Detail oriented and able to meet changing deadlines
- Team player with positive attitude
