Pay/Benefits:

• Hourly $17-$28 based on experience and license
• Medical, Dental, Vision (Free medical plan option for employee)
• 401k with company match
• PTO and Paid Holidays
• Company Provided Truck, Phone, iPad, and Uniforms
• No On-Call or weekend schedule

What you need:

• 2+ years of diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment
• We can assist you in transferring your license to New Mexico!
• Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
• Ability to guide and train an apprentice
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
• Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
• Experience with: variable speed units, replacing parts such as contactors and capacitors, handling refrigerant, etc.
• Evap Cooler experience preferred
• EPA Certification, Nate preferred
