We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as an Entry Level HVAC Building Automation Programmer. As a leading provider of HVAC solutions, we specialize in designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge HVAC systems for commercial and industrial buildings. In this role, you will be responsible for programming and configuring building automation systems. This role will work closely with our data analytics team to develop and implement solutions related to energy efficiency, occupant health, and sustainability.
Responsibilities:
- Program and configure HVAC building automation systems.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to design and implement BAS (Building Automation System) solutions tailored to clients' specific needs.
- Configure and integrate HVAC equipment, sensors, and controllers with the BAS software.
- Perform system integration, testing, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any programming or operational issues.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams during system installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Work with data analytics team to implement changes to improve building health, comfort, efficiency, and reliability.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in HVAC and building automation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic understanding of logic programming
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
