Our client, a leading facility maintenance company, has a full-time opening for an experienced Customer Service Representative in the Audubon area!

**This position is a Hybrid role that works 3 days in office and 2 days at home per week**

Job Details for Customer Service Representative:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
• Hybrid WFH | In Office Schedule
• 3 Days in Office (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday)
• 2 Days at Home (Tuesday, and Friday)
• Pay Rate: $20-22/hour to start, based on prior experience

Job Responsibilities & Description for Customer Service Representative:

As a customer service representative you will handle the following duties:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to emails
• Write and submit proposals to clients for approval
• Manage the internal platform by accepting and entering work orders
• Follow up on work orders to ensure that clients service level agreements are being maintained and manage the work order flow

Job Requirements for Customer Service Representative:

• College degree preferred
• At least two (2) year of customer service experience in a professional/office setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with CRM or ERP software a plus
• Must be positive, reliable, and have great communication skills
