Ice Cream Truck Driver Job at Ice Cream Team
Are you a fun, reliable Charleston resident who likes to make easy money? Are you a self-motivator that doesn't need to be micromanaged? We are looking for 2 additional members to join the ICE CREAM TEAM to work the tri-county area, with heavy focus on the Mt. Pleasant, Daniel Island/Clements Ferry Road area.
Responsibilities
- Dependable
- Drive safely and slowly through neighborhoods
- Strong sense of direction with knowledge of the tricounty area
- Follow best routes and practices to find customers
- Load, prepare, inspect, and operate a delivery van
- Report daily sales
- Collect payments and use simple math
- Work scheduled events
- Drive neighborhoods for street sales during peak hours (typically noon to dusk)
- Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
Skills
- Valid professional driver’s license
- Ability to move 10-20 lbs.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Leader who can control their time responsibly
- Ability to stand and move in food truck like environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $140.00 - $500.00 per day
