Summary:
Huntington is sourcing a Scrum Master to support the Identity Access Management group. In the role, the individual will work with Identity Access Management teams who manage colleague access to systems and applications across Huntington. The role interfaces with multiple stakeholders groups including Developers, Analysts, Engineers, QA/Testers, other Scrum Masters and Product Owners.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated Scrum Master experience supporting work coming from multiple outside sources or teams
• Demonstrated Scrum Master experience guiding teams of Developers, QA, Engineers with a concrete working relationship with the Product Owner
• Understands and has flourished in a matrixed working environment
• Learns quickly
• Is a self-starter and isn’t afraid to jump-in/pitch-in/ask questions/get things done
• Is a great communicator; wants to improve transparency and clarity among the team, and with all partners/impacted stakeholders
• Is a ‘dot-connector.’ Can see the linkage of the work across all the Identity Access Mgmt. teams and how it impacts the work of others
• Has the ability to work with the team to solve problems
• Understands how to effectively leverage a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) supporting the team
• Aggregates and tracks Scrum Team’s agile delivery metrics
• Can demonstrate prior experience working in a fast-paced working environment
• Has abilities and can execute pulling together ad-hoc team progress / updates / deployment results as needed.
• Outstanding skills facilitating meetings and can act as a liaison between teams and stakeholders
• Helps the team drive execution and delivery of the work
• Has the abilities to know and understand the health of the work at given points in time with ease.
• Can provide regular updates on risks / issues / dependencies and over impediments

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5+ years of experience working in agile delivery practices; both Kanban and Scrum
• Four years of experience working in the Kanban methods.
• Prior experience being a scrum master supporting Identity Access Mgmt. teams
• Managing work using the ADO application

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master
• Knowledge of project management fundamentals
• Previous scrum master experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration or related discipline with an information technology or equivalent and extensive related IT Technical or Customer Support experience
• Two or more years of project management, or business requirements analysis
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Experience with CONFLUENCE; and GHERKIN knowledgeable
• High degree of professional confidence and credibility with the presence and communication skills to represent IT-related concepts effectively
• Adaptability; self-starter; team player; quality minded; focused; committed; able to work independently

Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
