Full Time Employment Description/Benefits:
Full-Time Definition: Full Time Employment with Compassion Funeral Service requires three (3) days a week. We operate on a twenty-four hour block schedule similar to that of a firefighter or police officer (Shifts start and end at 7AM). For the particularly motivated professional, opportunities exist to pick up a 4th day and/or calls on your days off.

Tasks during the shift can be any of our services offered to our clients. We do our best to allow our professionals to utilize their strengths when dispatching tasks. Due to the nature of our profession, all licensed directors should be able to properly and safely perform any tasks assigned to them.

Team members do not actively work during the full duration of each shift.

Given the structure of our organization, there is some variability in income mostly defined by individual capacity; wages for a full time licensed funeral director and embalmer with us typically range between $72,000 and $96,000, but can enter into six figures for driven colleagues once established.
