What you’ll do:

• Must have 2+ years high-volume culinary experience
• Develop daily specials that cater to our native Indian clientele
• You have excellent communication skills, can stand for long periods of time up to 8 hours, and are able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Engage our guest with a smile and excitement
• Have an eye for detail and feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare food from scratch with instruction from team leadership
• Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and other kitchen equipment
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards. Work clean. Work organized
