Paragon Staffing, New Jersey’s fastest growing staffing & employment agency, is seeking experienced Inside Sales professionals to join our winning team and help expand our footprint in NJ. Experienced sales in warehouse industry or sales in environmental industry will be required.

As an inside sales professional at Paragon Staffing, most of your day will be spent making outbound phone calls and door to door sales brining in new accounts to staff for. Managing acquired accounts and growing within the new account is the goal. We at Paragon Staffing work as a team to successful staff and manage accounts together. Your end goal will be to sign up new customers that we will begin staffing for. Join our team and let's succeed together!

Responsibilities:

• Phone call sales and door to door sales
• Maintain accurate and organized lead list
• Embrace company culture, values and policies
• Close New Business that aligns with Paragon's goals for growth
• Clearly articulate the values of Paragon Staffing on a sale
• Work closely together with recruiters
• Follow through with customers to ensure needs and expectations are met

• Prior inside sales experience in the staffing industry
• Must be able to multi-task and adapt quickly to change
