The Services Specialist is responsible for the promotion, sales, & coordination of services to our customers in all VE Schneider Electric markets, including but not limited to Arc-flash studies, drive startups, Powerlogic metering upgrades, replacement and upgrades of legacy power distribution systems, breaker and panel retrofit projects. This role will also be responsible for service plans for customers such as extended warranties for APC UPS systems and other Schneider Electric extended warranty offerings.

• Collaborate with sales teams to collect and review relevant customer information and apply knowledge of Schneider Electric’s available services to identify services opportunities at end user accounts
• Present services, solution and capabilities presentations to end user customers as part of the pre sales activities process.
• Project manage Schneider orders and work as liaison between service provider and end customer
• Continual education to internal associates on Schneider product and service offerings and capabilities updates.
• Maintain subject matter expertise on behalf of Viking Electric in identified services offered by Schneider Electric

• 3-5 years’ experience in the electrical services industry.
• Working Knowledge of National Electrical Code and Underwriters’ Laboratories regulations and standards required for position.
• Current knowledge and understanding of Schneider Electric services and product offerings.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Past sales and customer service experience preferred.

Technical degree or 2 years of experience as an electrician, technician, or assembler working with Schneider products.
