• Provide all documentation both past and current including:
  i. Engineering designs, system configurations, system diagrams, white papers, Technical CONOPS, RMF artifacts, and any other deliverable item specifically established in the subject paragraphs.
  ii. Emails which contain program specific information, configurations, or data necessary to execute transition such as system Points of Contact, Manufacturer support agreements, Manufacturer points of contact.
  iii. All software, and software licenses procured by the government.
• Provide written and verbal information, guidance, and answers to any questions from the new contractor or the CNIC PSS Team
• Collect data, conduct engineering analyses, and evaluate engineering parameters associated with long-range planning for out-year programs to provide input for development, maintenance, and use of an advanced technology base.
• Prepare planning documents, such as a Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M), for executing installations from initiation to completion.
• Occasional onsite support at the Washington Navy Yard

• Must possess a current Final Secret clearance.
• Five (5) years demonstrated experience managing technical public safety/physical security projects through the systems development lifecycle, and translating customer needs to actionable requirements.
• Experience integrating software or hardware components into IT systems according to the DoD acquisition lifecycle process

• B.S. Degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Engineering Management, Information Science, Information Systems Management, Information Technology, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, Technology Management, System Engineering, or a degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems, or networks.
• Ten (10) years of experience developing tailored systems engineering artifacts and processes for public safety systems according to DoD and international systems engineering standards (INCOSE)
• Demonstrated excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills to accurately document, report, and present findings to a variety of audiences including senior management
• General proficiency with MS Project and MS Office Suite
• Demonstrated five (5) years’ experience providing Configuration Management (CM) and Data Management (DM) for projects to include document control of technical data and hardware/software configurations
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of CM and DM standards including: MIL-HDBK-61B, EIA-649-C, and EIA 859
• Demonstrated experience preparing and updating schedules, initiating changes and modifications to a program for improvement in product following established guidelines and procedures
• Demonstrated excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills to accurately document, report, and present findings to a variety of audiences including senior management
