This individual is responsible for developing and leading Innophos IT Operations, Network Design, Corporate backup strategies, Network security, Cyber Security and roadmap for new technologies related to corporate infrastructure. Maintaining and managing the network stability, security and reliability at all Innophos locations in U.S.A and Canada work along with IT Management in Mexico. Analyze products and recommend use of new products and services to senior management and ensure that appropriate policies and procedures to support IT operations are established and maintained. This individual will have oversight and management of MSP, help desk function, networks, telecom and server engineering.

This position is located at our corporate office in Cranbury, NJ and offers a hybrid schedule option of 3x/week in office and 2x/week remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, lead, develop and mature the Infrastructure Team processes and ability to be hands-on, when necessary, with a strong ability to delegate projects and tasks effectively
• Hire, train, coach, and manage Infrastructure team members. Provide technical guidance to the team and serve as the senior escalation path for all infrastructure issues.
• Manage 3rd party Vendors and MSP s supporting Innophos Infrastructure
• Monitor and continually evaluate the network architecture across the enterprise. This includes planning, designing, installing, configuring, and optimizing all local and wide area networks, VoIP, Internet, and other data communication platforms.
• Oversee the design, configuration, installation, security, and maintenance of routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, wireless, etc.
• Ensure enterprise is leveraging fault tolerance, redundancy, disaster recovery, scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency best practices where necessary
• Oversee and support all current server hardware, software, cloud, and virtualization platforms both locally and in an offsite datacenter. Support all existing server software and licensing, including Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365, VMware vCenter/vSphere.
• Ensure all critical data is adequately backed up, protected, and recoverable
• Ensure all systems are current with applicable security patches and anti-virus updates
• Responsible for ensuring the secure operation of all systems in the enterprise
• Establish, implement, and ensure compliance with this client's IT Security Policies
• Research products and solutions, collaborate with vendors, and implement solutions that meet the needs of the business while maintaining security standards
• Vulnerability management, documentation, and remediation:
  • Perform ongoing penetration testing and vulnerability scans (internal and external)
  • Creation and maintenance of an incident response plan and security policies. Test plan annually
  • 24x7 response to security alerts
• Oversee the development of system hardening standards
• Communication with Innophos user community, keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages

Required Education and Experience

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
• 5 or more years of experience in a Management role
• 3 or more years of experience with Microsoft Technology
• 5 or more years of experience in Server, Storage, Network and Infrastructure related Technology
• Certifications (preferred):

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Previous Management Experience (both systems and network)
• Engineering/Design (systems & network) experience on a medium/large scale
• Experience in managing a virtual IT team and supporting a medium-scale IT environment with WAN and LAN technology, preferably in an international, multi-cultural environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Results-oriented, self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of IT projects that are delivered on time and within budget
• Currently Hands-on with Technology
• Strong Customer Service, Service Level Management, Incident, Problem solving and Change Management skills
• VMWare, Hyper-V, vSphere, SQL, and Terminal Services
• Knowledge of Office365 and Azure Administration
• Windows Server 2003 – 2019
• WAN Technology (SD-WAN, MPLS, VPN)
• VPN connectivity troubleshooting and configuration (Fortinet, OpenVPN, IPSec)
• VOIP Systems – MiTel, Microsoft Voice
• Security software such as Anti-virus, Anti-SPAM, Anti-Spyware, and other security related technologies

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This position will have 5 direct reports and 3 indirect reports
