The Innovation Program Manager will join the fast-paced and exciting Brand, Innovation and Growth team! The candidate will enable DFC to achieve the growth and innovation vision, accelerate its speed to market, and actively guide the innovation project launches. This position will lead sophisticated, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. This will be achieved by partnering with key business professionals across the organization to plan requirements, develop project timelines, identify risks and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners. You will be responsible for cross-functional team leadership through all stages of innovation project development applying a variety of skills to achieve optimal results.

• Central point for the entire innovation project execution team and facilitates intra-team communication
• Assists in the development and presentation of business cases as it relates to resources, budget, and timeline
• Builds and manages the project timeline, including dependencies and resource requirements from concept through project closure
• Able to shift and adjust quickly when findings change the course of the project
• Applies knowledge and experience of project management tools/processes to keep projects on track
• Tracks and updates status for the innovation project portfolio

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing or business-related field
• 5 years of direct project management experience
• Broad experience with multiple product development and project management processes
• Excellent collaboration skills and proven cross-functional leadership
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
