Main responsibilities:
- Sales pitch for customers to renew or purchase support contracts for improved customer experience
- Collaborate with cross functional team members to establish improved processes and develop new processes to make the contract management process a better customer experience
- Engage with Sales, Marketing & Service Operations to align support strategy with business priorities
- Coordinating alignment and strong relationships with local Inside Sales governance
- Identifying process failures and implementing process improvement measures
- Engage with global teams to understand and remove roadblocks which may negatively impact the Customer Support teams achieve their goals
- Recognize trends and improve sales/customer care performance to drive organic growth within the territory
- Drive Sales Consultants and Customer Care agents to hit and exceed monthly revenue and lead conversion targets
- Supporting new offer launch
- Participate in launch activities of new offers for customers
- Gather and provide feedback to the launch team to make the new offers more attractive for customers
- Suggest programs, events, webinars to educate internal teams about existing and new offers
- Project activities:
- Support continuous improvement project activities
- Be vigilant about identifying opportunities for continuous improvement within internal processes as well as customer front processes
- Other:
- Available to answer customer calls about contract related questions
- Swiftly answer bFO cases assigned to the contracts team
- Contracts data entry and management
- Manage software registration / updates
