Responsibilities:

POSITION SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, leading, and managing a high-performing team, implementing effective Inside Sales strategies, and playing an integral part in driving revenue growth for the company. This role will identify and maximize efficiency in capital spend while also maintaining our standard of “best in class” customer experience. This role requires a dual focus on both strategic thinking and tactical execution.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Execute a strategic plan by leading the design, development, and implementation of an Inside Sales Team to meet the company’s objectives of driving revenue, asset recovery, and customer compliance.
  • Build and lead a high-performance team that is aligned with the company’s overall sales strategy.
  • Work with the sales leadership team to establish and track key performance metrics and develop plans to address any areas of opportunity or improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify potential leads and develop targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports to senior leadership on team performance and revenue generation.
  • Ensure that the Inside Sales Team is utilizing the CRM system effectively to manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities and provide recommendations for how the CRM can be better utilized.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Sales Support, Sales Operations, and Customer Service to ensure the team is providing excellent customer service and meeting customer needs

Qualifications:

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, or another related field)
  • 5-10 years of experience in inside sales, with a proven track record of building and managing successful teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software required, experience with SAP/C4C strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies, including the utilization of multiple communication channels to maximize outreach potential.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop sales strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate to any level of the business.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to successfully complete the pre-employment process.
