We are a young, energetic life and health insurance agency located in Columbia, MD. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Life and Health Insurance Agent.

You will have access to 100% FREE and 100% INBOUND leads, and will be able to earn a BASE SALARY + UNCAPPED COMMISSION!

Our work hours are Monday - Thursday: 8:45-5:30 and Friday: 8:30-4:30, providing an ideal work/life balance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Be accountable for achieving sales goals and providing excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred, but not required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Hours:

• Monday - Thursday: 8:45 - 5:30
• Friday: 8:30 - 4:30
