About the role:

An Inside Sales Representative is a professional who converts pre-qualified leads and generates new business with existing customers by using upselling tactics that ensure a great customer experience.

What you’ll do:
  • Manage, prospect, and build relationships within an assigned territory to increase revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive new sales opportunities through inbound leads follow up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Research accounts, identifies key players, generates new business, maintains lasting customer relationships.
  • Drive sale of medical supplies and devices that have a short and medium length sales cycle and existing account penetration.
  • Manages creation and presentation of quotations for opportunities as they are identified.
  • Manage sales pipeline and monthly business forecasting.
  • Present quarterly business updates to business unit executive leadership team.
  • Attend national sales meetings and conferences.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Skills and abilities:
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree required or experience in Diagnostic Imaging Centers
  • Recent college graduates will be considered.One (1) year of sales experience is preferred.
  • Able to work onsite in our Mundelein, Il (suburb northwest of Chicago) office 5 days a week.
  • Ability to travel 15% annually.
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills are required.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, strong problem-solving and time management skills are required.
  • Open to future growth opportunities in outside field sales in various markets across the country.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong team player, work ethic and commitment to job.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent
