Overview: Responsible for selling a complete supply solution of consumables to an assigned territory by making outbound calls and responding to inbound calls; is a resource for Level 1 Representatives. Responsibilities: - Sells billable consumables consultatively, by making outbound calls to customers and prospective customers in an assigned territory; details product features and pricing; determines customer needs and requirements. - Takes inbound calls, reroutes if necessary; tracks customer needs or concerns. - Prospects specific vertical markets to identify decision makers and influencers. - Responsible for CRM utilization and accurate pipeline management; enters orders into the appropriate system. - Demonstrates customer service skills; works through objections to close net new business. - Assists Level I Representatives on bids and large sales opportunities. - Runs reports in Oracle/S21 to assist in territory management; Handles customer escalations. - May assist with training of new hires in the department. Qualifications: HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1 to 2 years of related experience. - Some college preferred. - Strong interest in sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced challenging environment. - Self-starter individual with a positive outlook, great customer service skills and high energy. - Excellent written/verbal communication skills, including the ability to easily convey concepts to customers & employees. - Strong time management skills with the ability to work multiple projects/priorities with minimal supervision. - Experience using a CRM system and experience in Microsoft Office.
