QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting for a Program Analyst (Insider Threat) to join our team at Fort Belvoir, VA to support our Department of the Army, G-3/5/7 Operations Readiness and Mobilization Support contract.

Duties:

• Support Division efforts to develop enterprise-wide insider threat training for Army forces, leaders, and Insider Threat professionals.
• Support the development and/or rewrite of Insider Threat Management Division CONOPS, SOPs, Strategic Communication Documents, Policies and Doctrine to support Insider Threat efforts within the Army.
• Analyze and provide written recommendations for the Government Lead in support of insider threat studies and research efforts for monitoring, tracking, and resolving potential threats created by the potential Army insider threats.
• Gather, evaluate the quality of, and synthesize research article findings; Design research studies for approval; Utilize existing data and/or propose and utilize original data gathering; and utilize statistical analyses procedures to meet directed research ends.
• Support the insider threat hub with technical analysis of a variety of data networks and information referred to the hub to identify indicators of insider threats.

Required Skills & Experience

• Practical experience with data analytics and data mining/data analysis methods, building and implementing models and records management tools.
• Must be able to think critically and apply analytical methodologies to raw data to present clear and precise recommendations.
• Must be able to clearly articulate analysis through both oral and written communication.
• Always maintain the highest professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to interact with Senior Members of the Army Staff, to include the Executive Office of the Headquarters.
• Mission oriented and requires minimal supervision in the fast paced, critical environment of the Army Headquarters.
• Detail-oriented with technical, verbal, and written communication skills.

Required Clearance:

• ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Top Secret with ability to maintain SCI access

Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least four (4) years' experience.

Travel:

Less than 10% travel is expected for this position.

Work Environment:

This position will be co-located with the customer and other contractors in Government office spaces. While not generally authorized, telework may be required due to exceptional circumstances (extreme weather, pandemic, etc.).
