Job Description Summary

As the Customer Install Base (IB) Marketing Manager for Patient Care Solutions (PCS), US & Canada (USCAN), you will be responsible for developing comprehensive, tailored analysis, plans and proposals for strategic customer growth opportunities. Your work will assist our top US health systems in determining optimal asset management and replacement strategies that optimize patient and business outcomes. You will work closely with the USCAN PCS Commercial Sales, Marketing, IB Lifecycle, Engineering, and Finance teams to deliver on your objectives.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead development of a new PCS Health Check Program that positions GE HealthCare to win with customers and prove that we are creating a world where healthcare has no limits.
  • Arm the PCS commercial team with a tools & content driven to retain our IB and support competitive conversion opportunities to help realize growth in PCS USCAN.
  • Partner with PCS USCAN segment marketing directors to develop IB-focused marketing strategies and execute account-based marketing tactics
  • Create a consistent Health Check technology assessment template that outlines IB health, fleet strategy recommendations, and tailored pricing plans intended to drive high priority accounts to purchase from GE HealthCare to improve outcomes related to patient safety, clinical workflows, and overall cost of ownership.
  • Be a resource for USCAN Product Sales Specialists across the PCS USCAN enterprise in guiding strategic accounts in their investment planning for aged and end of-service-life equipment and securing organizational investments.
  • Become an expert in GE HealthCare and competitive asset lifecycle status across PCS segments and work with IB Lifecycle team to ensure this information is accurately represented in Salesforce
  • Develop plan to strategically communicate assets status with customers in partnership with service organization to support customer action.
  • Create process to track, measure, and report on business and customer impact of Health Check and other IB-focused programs.
  • Be partnership-minded, always looking for a way to say “Yes, and…” and create trust by being a colleague willing to pitch in every day.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, marketing, and business colleagues to understand goals and priorities within the portfolio.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or another relevant field
  • 2-5 years of experience in a marketing, sales or analyst role in a corporate environment
  • Can effectively conceive, develop, and achieve buy-in to strategies, convert into tactical plans, and deliver results.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage ambiguous situations, and realize high performance.
  • Robust data and analytics experience with strong ability to extract insights from numbers to tell motivating stories for change.
  • Analytical in nature, good organization and presentation skills, effective prioritization skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

  • Experience with a medical device organization.
  • Proven ability to work successfully in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Power BI or similar solutions
