This job requires a high level of customer service because our installations are performed in customers homes with them present. You will be face to face daily with customers answering questions as you work.

We provide a van, tools, and training. A typical work schedule is 8-10 hours per day, Monday thru Friday. We also require some weekends and evenings. Expect to work 40+ hours per week.

To be considered for this position, a construction or trades background is preferred but we will train the right candidate. Our ideal candidates care about the quality of their work and are committed to integrity.

You will do the following:

- Measure windows with a tape measure and laser measurer and be accurate within 1/16".

- Install window coverings with a cordless drill and be proficient using a level, anchors, etc.

- Repair windows coverings which will require the ability to determine an issue with the product and work step by step to solve the issue.

- Manage inventory and lift boxes in excess of 50lbs.

- Report work daily and manage work logs.
