Salary Range: $45463.00 - $65813.00 per year

• Sell and Solicit/Provide information about insurance products and services
• Follow our proven sales process in every sales interaction

• Compile, present, and explain insurance policy options that meet each potential customer???s individual needs

• Handle customer inquiries as necessary
• Follow-up on all new business sales to inquire about Life insurance and referrals
• Develop,maintain and improveknowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Assist other team members as necessary

• 
  No Experience Required

• Valid Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses required or must be willing to get licensed-We will help you get licensed!
• Experience working in sales related or customer facing role is beneficial
• MUST be coachable and open to growth
• Maintain positive and self driven attitude
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Candidates must clear a background check
• Excellent at building rapport and relationships with people
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be willing to obtain Insurance License
