We're seeking Sales Agents to help grow our business! The ideal candidate for this position is confident, well-grounded in their field and able to work independently. A successful candidate will work with their staff to create a strong sense of community and belonging in the office. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for helping customers select insurance packages that meet their needs. You'll help identify risks and then assist with the selection of insurance products that help mitigate them. You'll also offer guidance to your clients about how to protect themselves from unexpected risks.
Responsibilities:
- Explain basic insurance concepts to customers.
- Complete insurance applications.
- Answer phone calls and emails from customers.
- Make sure paperwork is filed correctly.
- Listen to the concerns of the customer and help them find the right insurance policy for them.
- Work as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Pay: $29,649.81 - $75,600.00 per year
