Position Summary
Responsible for the support of all pharmacy locations with specialized workflows and integrations within the EasyFill Pharmacy Retail Network system. Maintain legacy systems, including functional testing, user support, and vendor relationships. Understand unique workflows and collaborates with Healthcare Modernization team and other business units to integrate them into one universal platform. Direct operations specialists regarding complex system issues and supports training efforts related to systems functionalities. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
Essential Job Functions
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for new products and integrations within the pharmacy system and other Health & Wellness products as needed
- Oversee testing, maintenance, and coordination of upgrades and issues related to legacy systems during transition to pharmacy platform
- Facilitate data transitions to new systems and sunsetting of legacy systems
- Assist the integrations coordinator, business partners, and vendors in the design and optimization of new workflows and integrations within the pharmacy system
- Direct training for systems functionalities and works closely with Pharmacy Training team to create and maintain systems-related training materials
- Collaborate with business units and store associates to make recommendations that improve pharmacy systems
- Identify trends and problems with widespread or meaningful impact on operations, evaluate practices, escalate to management any identified trends to reduce overall incidents
- Provide direction to operations and operations specialists regarding functional support
- Educate and cross-train other specialists to ensure proficiency and adequate backup; implement or lead efforts to train the staff
- Work on additional projects assigned on an as-needed basis

Minimum Position Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years pharmacy industry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Independent and self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong organization skills and able to set priorities
- Excellent communication skills
Desired Previous Experience/Education
- Other: BA/BS degree in technology, science, or business
- Any experience with H&W technology
- Any experience with EPRN pharmacy system
- Any experience with Infra and Business Objects
- Ability to demonstrate leadership skills when working with division, technical, and other business units
- Ability to guide a team of highly driven and talented individuals
- Ability to prioritize and assign work according to business priorities and strategies
