Nancy Hill Interiors is a rapidly expanding high-end residential interior design firm specializing in full scale interior design, renovation and new construction in Boston, MetroWest, Cape Cod, Nantucket, Miami, the Hamptons, and more. We are truly passionate about our work and our clients while also enjoying our time together.
Currently we are looking to hire a senior interior designer. In this capacity, you will be working closely with Nancy (founder & principal) and our talented team of designers on new and existing projects. Our team members are creative, collaborative, and love what they do. Joining Nancy Hill Interiors requires skill, initiative, time management and a keen sense of humor. Love for food and golden retrievers are a plus!
As a designer, you will have ownership of your projects to ensure designs are thoughtfully created and well executed, on time and on budget.
Specific responsibilities:
- Conceptual development
- Design and sourcing
- Furniture layouts
- Presentation preparation
- Work one on one with clients and vendors
- Ordering and scheduling
- Coordination of deliveries and installations
- Organizational tasks performed independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
Seeking candidates with 3-5 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture or a related field. Additional qualifications include:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Experience developing and nurturing client relationships
- Proficiency in SketchUp, Microsoft Office Suite, Dropbox and Google Docs
- Experience with AutoCAD and Design Manager preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,878.27 - $99,850.63 per year
