Responsibilities:
As an Internal Sales Consultant (ISC) with Hines, you will drive REIT sales and initiatives within a respective geographic territory. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Partner with an outside wholesaler to develop and maintain existing relationships with financial advisors- Identify and acquire new business in order to meet sales goals
Minimum Requirements include:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution-
Two or more years of financial sales experience

Series 7 and 63 licenses within an approved time frame
- Must be self-motivated and demonstrating strong initiative
