Responsibilities:
As an Internal Sales Consultant (ISC) with Hines, you will drive REIT sales and initiatives within a respective geographic territory. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Partner with an outside wholesaler to develop and maintain existing relationships with financial advisors
  • Identify and acquire new business in order to meet sales goals
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Two or more years of financial sales experience
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses within an approved time frame
  • Must be self-motivated and demonstrating strong initiative
