The International Credentials Reviewer reviews license validations and academic transcripts of applicants for Global Assessment and Professional Services.

$20/hourEssential Functions
- Critically evaluates documents and supporting materials; ensures authenticity of license/academic transcripts; and meets established productivity and quality goals.
- Prepare and respond to correspondences as assigned for customers, schools, professional healthcare boards and State Regulatory agencies that are comprehensive and accurate.
- Processes applicant requests to verify CGFNS Certificate status to state boards of nursing or other clients.
- Processes applicant requests to send transcripts to state boards of nursing, or to colleges or universities or other clients.
- Participates in special project teams departmentally and interdepartmentally.
- Any other duties applicable to the position
Qualifications
- Associates degree or 2 or more years of college credits (60) preferred, not required.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Salesforce
- Familiar with relational database
- Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the nursing profession is helpful
- Ability to conduct research and to use findings to inform decision-making
- Ability to function effectively in a team-based, technology-based, production driven organization
