Title: Inventory Control & Receiving Coordinator

About the Role:

Reporting directly to the Inventory Control Manager. The Inventory Control & Receiving Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of transactional entries and receipt of purchase orders, including verifying invoices and moving product from Finished Goods Vault, and other related departments.

What you’ll do:

• Verify and transact finished goods product as it is surrendered by various departments.
• To ensure that all product handled is ticketed correctly and represented accurately in a finished goods vault location and upon receipt from vendor
• To receive and verify vendor PO’s; counting and sorting goods upon receipt
• Systematically transfer inspected styles to appropriate locations.
• Problem solve and identify resolutions for invoice discrepancies
• Oversee the workflow of the receiving line; to include verification, receiving, layout and tagging
• Manage discrepancy log for receivers and communicate with PD Buyers and vendors to resolve issues
• Report all inventory discrepancies, inaccuracies, and performance related issues to the Finished Goods Vault Manager.
• Run reports for daily transaction summaries and present to department leads
• Flexible and comfortable with inter-department communication via teams or email
• Responsible for ensuring that all product is secured nightly into the vault, maintaining clean workstations for next day
• All other duties may be assigned and directed by the Management team.

Required Experience:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the handling, receiving, and transferring of goods via UPC code

Personal Skills/Competencies:

• Ability to adapt to a highly changing environment.
• Experienced working as part of a Team

Technical Skills/Competencies:

• Bilingual preferred, English Required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Multi-tasking and time management abilities
• Moderate computer skills with familiarity in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams & Word.
