Job Overview:

We are a growing ecommerce company selling fashion accessories, looking for an energetic inventory manager to receive inventory. Inventory must be inspected, sorted and properly labeled. Inventory will be organized in office setting warehouse and prepared to be pulled for orders. Inventory management personal will ensure the accurate and timely delivery of our products. You must be always on time and able to work long hours. You must pay close attention to small details. It will be your responsibility that our items are properly prepared so our customers get what they ordered.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pack items neatly and carefully using the correct package

• Re-stock inventory pick bins, keeping the storage area neat and tidy

• Prepare bulk shipment for 3PL fulfilment - boxing, and labeling

• Operate bagging equipment

• Retrieve ordered items according to quantity, size etc. ensuring accuracy
• Ship the order using scan & ship technology
• Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards

Skills & Qualifications:

• Very attentive to details
• Gently handle small items
• Diligent and punctual.
• Read & write English, bilingual a plus
• Experience with inventory management or other similar position, preferred
• Have basic computer skills
• Be the kind of person that takes the initiative
• Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Be obsessed with customer satisfaction
