WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Success in this role requires the director to deeply understand Nike business, and the integration of inventory across the entire value chain. The Director will be charged with helping us to drive clarity around future business needs, as well as the transformational path for the journey. The role requires a structured but flexible thinker and outstanding communicator who is comfortable with ambiguity, working cross-functionally, and influencing at all levels within the organization.

  • Become a recognized expert on Global and Geography supply and inventory planning, effectively representing the business in wide variety of settings
  • Demonstrate excellent team leadership skills


WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
If this is you, you’ll be working with a highly cross-functional team to lead and direct the creation, socialization, communication, and implementation of future supply and inventory shaping and optimization needs. You will also scope, plan, and lead execution of research and analytical support for innovation initiatives and special projects. Finally, you will drive seamless innovation planning process and proactively coordinate across milestones and deliverables.


WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role works directly with leadership across the GOT organization, as well as all levels of the organization across GOT including DSM, GOaL and GSM.


WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 6years' total experience in a variety of experiences including planning, operations, corporate strategy development, finance or related fields (6+ years of work experience with MBA)
  • Ability to shape and drive strategic agendas and high-profile communications (compelling, high impact storyteller)
  • Ability to lead cross-functional and dedicated teams, provide project management expertise, and to lead multiple projects at once
  • Excellent problem structuring and strategic problem-solving skills, and seeks out opportunities for continuous improvements.
  • Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments
  • Superior interpersonal and team skills
