Responsibilities:

• -Handle daily support request from internal associates

• -Provide assistance for hardware and application issues

• -Properly escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support

• -Follow-up with unresolved issues

• -Maintain a positive customer experience with the IT department

Requirements:

• -Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience

• -Experience in help desk environment preferred

• -Ability to multi-task with tight timeframes

• -Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills

• -Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor

• -Ability to work independently

• -Strong troubleshooting ability
