The IT Business Analyst - Digital role is primarily responsible for acting as a liaison between Marketing and IT. You will gather business requirements, provide guidance and develop a good understanding of the processes and technologies being used within our Digital functions. This is an Information Technology role (vs Marketing).

Salary up to $120k + comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, visit, paid time off, sick time and holidays.

Location: Tampa, Florida with hybrid work model

Responsibilities

• You will gather business requirements, provide guidance and develop a good understanding of the processes and technologies being used within our Marketing and Digital functions. You will partner with various resources within the business, IT and external vendors to ensure the needs of Marketing are being met. You must possess strong working knowledge of Marketing Systems, Digital Platforms and overall operations typically used in today's customer focused environment. Finally, this role will need to be highly skilled in communication, presentation and critical thinking while possessing a Point of View regarding their areas of responsibility.
• Working with department to help develop strategy and represent any issues, projects or enhancements needed
• Recognizes and identifies potential areas where existing processes, policies, and procedures require change, or where new ones need to be developed.
• Act as a subject matter expert of "as-is" and "to-be" business process for the Marketing team and assist with process definition, measurement and improvement
• Creates appropriate documentation for new and existing reporting. Maintains team knowledge management repositories, process flows, and related artifacts.
• Providing point of view on process and technology needs
• Validates proposed enhancements and evaluates available technology to support the requests.
• Manage multiple projects and accurately report the status of all major assignments while adhering to all project management standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Business Analyst experience supporting Digital projects
• Demonstrated experience in direct to consumer operations
• Demonstrated effective leadership abilities
• Agile and expert in building cross-functional relationship
• Excellent Communication & Presentation skills, verbal and written
• Up to date understanding of Marketing practice
• Up to date understanding and Knowledge of the key IT marketing platforms
