Job Description:
- Your assignments for this Project will include repair activities such as replaceable unit swapping, image loading, and unit testing using a detailed script.
- You will also perform other non-troubleshooting duties/Repairing/Break-Fixing computers laptops.
- You may also perform whole unit swaps, repair or replace PC peripherals.
- PLS Support for calls such as Client Transformation Services calls, installing and servicing PCs, and PC peripherals and/or electronic equipment Takes service calls and performs incident specific activities as directed by Help Desk, Service Desk, or script May perform routine installs, moves, adds, and changes as part of a directed team, including:
- Computer-building background experience preferred
- Complex desktop and laptop break fix work
- Whole unit replacement
- Simple desktop printer fixes
- Load software with a script
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Paducah, KY 42001: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Computer Technician: 3 years (Required)
- Dell Computer Repairing: 3 years (Required)
