Annual Salary Range (based on experience): $80K+
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science- related field, MBA preferred. Additional experience will be considered in substitution of degree requirement.
- Syteline ERP experience is manditory
- 10+ years of Business Systems/ IT experience including database administration and ERP – Infor Syteline application, with progressive job responsibilities in a manufacturing environment.
- 3+ years of experience with SQL database technology.
- Demonstrated understanding of computerized manufacturing systems and ERP applications.
- Demonstrated understanding of business operations, including finance, inventory, pricing, and manufacturing requirements.
- Knowledge and experience with relational and conventional database technology, data modeling concepts, tools and techniques, and report generation using Crystal Reports.
- Detail oriented with high degree of business acumen, organization, and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior collaboration and customer service skills. This position regularly works with multi-functional teams from multiple business entities.

What you will be doing:
This is a hands-on role, managing the company’s business systems and IT functions, supporting business demands globally by providing technical and strategic leadership to further enhance capabilities and responsiveness to business needs. As the administrator for the company’s ERP (Infor Syteline) system, our ideal candidate will possess a broad and deep understanding of manufacturing and its complexities and be able to translate business needs into technology requirements, apply IT best practices, and integrate a suite of inhouse developed applications. This role includes the development and design of the company’s on-premise ERP and SQL databases, and works in partnership with our IT third party administrator to plan, coordinate, and implement IT needs including security measures to safeguard data, security administration, backup and recovery planning, capacity planning, performance and tuning, development of IT policies, standards, and procedures related to the database environment.
Essential Functions

- Provide solutions to key issues, resolve problems and extract information from the ERP (Syteline) system using state of the art tools and techniques.
- Manage infrastructure to support company ERP and other business applications.
- Develop, implement, and perform system enhancements, modifications, personalization, and configurations to ERP to ensure proper and correct system functionality based on user requests.
- Create custom reports using Crystal Reports and MS SQL.
- Translate and apply business requirements within the IT infrastructure.
- Manage all company hardware, software, and database systems and ensure proper maintenance and updates are completed by the TPA.
- Oversee the TPA’s administration of company email and telecom infrastructures.
- Analyze problems and make decisions for problem resolution.
- Define and implement continuous process improvement procedures within the IT department.
- Participate in cross functional meetings and make presentations as required.
