TITLE: IT Customer Support Analyst
TYPE: Contract-to-Hire
LOCATION: Pennsauken, NJ
ONSITE/REMOTE/HYBRID: Fully remote for now and moving to Hybrid with up to two days in the office sometime in 2023.
START DATE: Immediate
SHIFT: M-F, 830 AM to 5:00 PM EST

We are looking for a strong customer support professional who either has a background in IT or an interest in learning IT to join our growing application support team. We are open to candidates ranging from Entry level to Sr. level and the most important factor we are looking for is someone who can provide exceptional customer service and isn't afraid to pick up the phone. We are a fast-growing company with an excellent culture, and our team will train you on everything you need to know to be successful in the position.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide phenomenal customer service over the phone, via email and through chat.
• Triage support requests based on urgency and escalate to the appropriate team when appropriate.
• Diagnose application issues and provide troubleshooting assistance to internal customers for the EHR system.
• Ability to solve problems, log issues correctly and punctually in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate effectively to both external customers and internal employees/managers.
• Continue to gain product and technical knowledge of the software while ensuring confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree is required. If you didn't graduate with a Bachelor's degree, unfortunately, you won't be eligible for this one. If you have training or a degree in a Technology-related field, that's a plus.
• Comfortable with working over the phone 100% of the time.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to type and listen at the same time so that you can accurately document and understand the issue that a customer is having.
• Must be local to South New Jersey, with the ability to go on-site up to 2 days a week, and must be comfortable working remotely the rest of the time.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
