Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktop and laptop computers, mobile devices, printers, and video conference equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to end-users.
- Prioritize and manage support requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions.
- Possess knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system (desktop and server), Microsoft Office, and working knowledge of networking technology.

Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
