SUMMARY
Provides Technical Support for Manufacturing IT System

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Essential Functions(To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)

• Provide technical support for internal customers related to computer and network issues
• Trouble shoot IT hardware and network (i.e. Scanner wiring, UTP)
• Document problems reported and implement solutions
• Preserve the integrity of profiles and system configurations
• Install and maintain desktop and laptop workstations, printers and peripherals
• Develop and maintain plant and company systems
• Maintain computer basic software (MS windows, office printers and drivers)

Supervisory Responsibilities: No

Basic Qualifications (The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required and preferred for this position.)

Required Education & Experience:

· High School Diploma or GED

· One (1) year previous IT experience

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Familiarity with computer hardware, including assembly and disassembly
• Working knowledge of wiring for scanners and the operation of label printers
• Initiative and Problem solving skills
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and application architectures
• Basic knowledge of General Operating System / network cable wiring method
• Working knowledge of Microsoft back office products>Word, Excel Outlook, etc..

Working Conditions:

- Position requires minimal lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Position requires regular and reliable attendance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

• Associate (Preferred)

• MS SQL Server & Database Management: 1 year (Preferred)
