We are currently looking for part time Janitors in Detroit, MI. This building is a non-profit social services building.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:30PM-12:30AM;
Friday 6PM, Saturday-Sunday 5PM-9PM

$100 BONUS AVAILABLE FOR EVERY EMPLOYEE THAT ACHEIVES 60 DAYS OF PERFECT ATTENDANCE

$100 BONUS AVAILABLE FOR EVERY REFERAL WHO STAYS 90 DAYS OR MORE

Some cleaning experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities Include:

• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, sanitizing, etc)
• Report to supervisor any issues
• Notify onsite supervisor of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills:

• Ability to lift/pull heavy items up to 50 lbs
• Communication skills
• Ability to walk and or stand for long periods of time
• Familiarity with Material Safety
• Integrity and ability to work independently and as a team
• Be on time or early
• Friendly, people oriented

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a standard background check
• Must have reliable transportation to work
• DHS Central Registry Clearance
