Java Tech Lead with Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Adopt full (and accurate) adoption of modern software engineering and delivery practices (Twelve-Factor (12 Factor), Agile, BDD, Stateless Design, Java REST/ Spring Boot based Microservices, Containerization etc.).
• Bring deep knowledge and experience in designing for and implementing solutions in the Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google, OpenShift).
• Manage relationships with key technology and business partners.
• APIGEE Edge On Premise (Infra + Development, Customization), APIGEE Hybrid.
• APIGEE Portal, Portal customization and integration with APIGEE Edge using Drupal, NodeJS, JavaScript.
• APIGEE Microgateway installation, deployment, proxy and custom policy development, NodeJS, JavaScript.
• Design and develop security policies, custom integration with IAM Systems (like Okta AD, Azure AD, PingID).
• Build integration with Single Page Apps, Mobile Apps, Third Party Systems using OAuth2, SSO, OpenID Connect, JWT.
• Enable basic call pattern for Client’s intranet access to physical services running in sandbox or test environment.
• Enable basic call pattern for internally hosted (client’s intranet) apps to access physical services running on the intranet (via virtual endpoints published to APIGEE).
• Enable basic call pattern for externally hosted (internet) apps to access physical services running on the intranet (via virtual endpoints published to APIGEE).
• Ensure that all security models used by APIs deployed in the legacy API Management environment have a counterpart or migration path defined in APIGEE.
• Ensure that CI/CD pipeline covers lifecycle management needs for enterprise use cases (like covering APIs deployed in the legacy API Management environment).
