We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Job Captain to join our team in our brand-new Boston Office.

DESCRIPTION:

Bull Stockwell Allen is an award-winning architecture firm specializing in resort, hospitality, and recreation projects in extraordinary locations throughout the United States.

This position will be located in our brand-new Boston office, set to open in January 2023. We are currently accepting applications for staff to be located in our Boston office, located on Tremont street.

We are looking for a Job Captain to join our team and help coordinate and manage our projects out of our new Boston-based office. This office is a small but growing part of our nationally-acclaimed firm based out of San Francisco. We are looking for staff to join a new team and help us continue our strong identity in this new office.

Primary Duties Include:

  • Lead the project coordination for each phase of the project
  • Work with the Project Manager in design and detailing
  • Manage client and consultant communication throughout the entirety of the project
  • Train and mentor junior staff
  • Construction Documentation

We’re looking for someone who can provide independent problem-solving and creative approaches to assigned tasks and projects. This role should have strong communication skills to successfully coordinate with internal team members and external consultants/clients and provide exceptional service, ensure quality delivery of our firm’s vision, and build lasting relationships.

This position also requires technical skills, particularly in Revit, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders through the various stages of programming, planning, and construction. We’re looking for a self-starter who strives to develop an understanding of design associated with the production of top-quality documentation from start to finish.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Actively pursuing architectural licensure, if not already licensed
  • 3-5+ years of applicable experience within the architecture profession
  • A Bachelor’s or Master of Architecture degree from an accredited institution
  • Technologically strong - Revit proficiency is a must
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills with team members, consultants, and clients
  • Strong design and documentationskills
  • Experience with resort, recreation and hospitality projects or other applicable experience.

Pay: $87,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
